What type of Watches do you Buy?: We buy any type of collectors watch. Some brands we buy are Rolex, Cartier, Patek Phillipe, Bvlgari and Breitling just to name a few. Really, we buy any watches with resale value.
Should I send the original box, papers, manuals and any extra items?: Yes, any items you have related to the watch will only increase the value of your watch. This includes the original box, papers and manuals, receipts, spare parts, etc.
Does my watch need to be in working condition?: No, we buy watches whether they are working or not. We also buy just parts of watches.
Do you buy pre-owned replica watches?: No, we only work with customers that are looking to receive real value for their authentic watches.
Can you give me a price before I send you the watch?: No. Our watch experts will evaluate your watch for authenticity and condition to determine the highest price we will pay. We can only determine the value after receiving the watch.
How long does the process take?: We've put a process in place that allows us to quickly receive, appraise and offer on your watch. We can have money in your bank account in as little as 2 days.
Do you buy watch parts?: Yes. We buy all types of watch parts as long as they belong to one of the brands we purchase.
How do I get paid?: Our standard process is to send a check. However if there is an urgent need for the value of the watch we can work with customers on a case by case basis and electronic payments.
How should I package my watch?: You should package your watch with all boxes, paperwork, extra watch band links in a safe secure package.
Why do I have to send it to you?: There are many variables that go into appraising your watch. To ensure quick response, and our ability to offer the highest value - we need to have a physical review of the watch to verify its authentication and current value.
When do I get paid?: You will get paid by check once we evaluate the watch. This typically takes only a couple days. Certain watches may require more time.
What type of security is in place to protect my watch?: The security of your watch is of highest order for us. To begin with, we pay for the insurance on your watch as well as the shipping. Once we receive the watch, we video tape the inventory process. From there on unless your watch is being inspected by our watch experts, it is stored in an armed security facility.
How much are you going to pay me?: The price paid will vary by watch as determined by our watch experts.
Do I have to pay for shipping?: No, we pay for the shipping and insurance when you send your watch to us.
Who handles the shipping?: We handle all shipping through FedEx.
